Perturbation-response scanning for calmodulin's molecular recognition mechanism is a materials science project by Ayse Özlem Aykut. The project investigates complex protein structures by using theoretical and computational methods. Molecular dynamic simulations are used primarily to understand the dynamic nature of the folded protein.
