Modeling Dynamics of Parallel Turning Operations is a mechatronics project by Erdem Öztürk and Erhan Budak. Researchers were seeking to assess the effectiveness of two parallel turning methods. Since, dynamic interaction between parallel tools might create additional stability problems — impeding their advantages — dynamics and stability of the processes had to be modeled.
